Invisalign® is a clear aligner system that uses a series of custom-made, removable aligners to gradually move teeth into planned positions.
Unlike traditional dental alignment treatments (braces), with Invisalign®, discovering the new you is easier and less obtrusive than you think. Invisalign® treatment has been developed by leading dentists and consists of a series of nearly invisible, removable aligners that are custom-made just for you based on the alignment you need. As you progress through the series of each aligner, your teeth will move – little by little, week by week – until they have straightened to the final position envisaged by your dentist. The Invisalign® removable aligners are comfortable, removable and nearly invisible; creating your brand-new smile is easier and more convenient than ever before.

Crowded teeth is a condition where you do not have enough room for your teeth to fit normally. This can cause plaque or tartar and other harmful bacteria to build up as it is harder for you to brush and floss well.
Gaps between teeth is when there is extra space between two or more of your teeth. This can cause pockets between your teeth and gums and can cause food to get stuck making them tender and sore. This might also lead to gum disease.
An Open bite is when your upper and lower teeth don't touch when you close your mouth. An open bite can make it hard for you to chew or difficult to bite even the most common of food like apples.
An underbite is when you close your mouth and your lower front teeth are in front of your upper teeth. In many cases, this is actually a problem with your lower jaw being too far forward. An underbite can make it hard to chew properly and speak clearly, and it might cause your teeth to wear down more quickly.
An overbite is when your upper front teeth overlap with your lower front teeth. Most people have at least a little overbite. When your overbite is too large, your doctor might tell you you have a deep bite. This can cause problems, from your teeth wearing down to pain in your jaw.
A crossbite is when you close your mouth and yet some of your upper teeth are sitting inside your lower teeth rather than on the outside. A crossbite can make your teeth wear down or chip. It can also make your gums start to recede or make little notches above your gum line. This kind of damage can lead to painful gum problems or even bone loss.
Many people worry about the cost of Invisalign® braces, and so we have devised a number of payment plans to help you afford the right treatment with Invisalign®. Invisalign® braces from £2.50 per day with our finance options.

Invisalign® is a clear aligner system that uses a series of custom-made, removable aligners to gradually move teeth into planned positions.
Many patients find Invisalign® attractive because it allows them to see the movements that their teeth will go through, as well as a digitised image of the end result. ClinCheck, unique to Invisalign®, is a short 3d animated video that allows you to see your predicted Invisalign® treatment result before you even begin the treatment process.
A smile evaluation with an Invisalign® provider is the first step of the Invisalign® journey, and it’s where you’ll be able to see your own personalised ClinCheck.
As part of our Open Day, we will be able to show you your bespoke ClinCheck as part of your free appointment. A digital scan will be taken of your teeth using our specialist, non-invasive equipment.
This will then be used to create your very own ClinCheck to show the movements that your teeth will make during the Invisalign® process to give you the brand-new smile that you’ve always dreamed of. Invisalign®’s intelligent smile software will be able to show you what your new smile will look like before you even begin treatment. This means you can make an informed decision on whether Invisalign® is the right type of treatment for you.
Thanks to the advanced technology available courtesy of Invisalign®, we will be able to produce your ClinCheck (your personalised 3d video showing how your teeth will change through Invisalign® treatment) during your appointment. So instead of waiting for the next appointment, you will be able to make an informed decision quicker and get on the road to a straighter, happier smile.
From the digital scan we take at your first appointment, each aligner is individually manufactured for your teeth, and your teeth only. The series of aligners produced will be tailored to the subtle changes your teeth need to make each week in order to align with the position your dentist has prescribed.
Your Invisalign® aligners can be removed to eat, drink and clean your teeth. You can even remove them for special occasions, such as a job interview or party, not that you’ll need to, as you’ll be amazed how few people notice you’re wearing them!
Invisalign® is so effective that we are confident you’ll begin enjoying the benefits of your new smile from the moment you start your treatment.
Unlike the traditional expectation of dental alignments, there are no metal wires or brackets with Invisalign® treatment; this makes them incredibly comfortable to wear.
You may experience some minor discomfort at the beginning of each new stage of treatment, but this will wear off quickly. And Invisalign® aligners are virtually invisible, so creating your new smile can be your own little secret.
Invisalign® has been proven to treat a huge range of straightening requirements, ranging from very minor tooth movements to much more complex cases.
Your dentist plans the tooth movements digitally and you wear a sequence of clear aligners. Each aligner applies gentle, controlled pressure to move the teeth according to your personalised treatment plan.
For treatment to work as planned, aligners are generally worn for around 20 to 22 hours a day, removing them for eating, drinking anything other than water and cleaning your teeth, unless your dentist advises otherwise.
Treatment time varies according to the complexity of your case and the tooth movements required. Your dentist will provide a personalised estimate after assessing your teeth and treatment goals.
You may feel pressure or temporary tenderness when you start a new aligner. This is usually mild and is a normal part of teeth moving.
Clear aligners can be used to treat many common orthodontic problems, including gaps, crowding and certain bite issues. Your dentist will assess whether Invisalign® is suitable for your particular case.
Because the aligners are removable, you can normally eat your usual foods after removing them. You should follow your dentist’s advice about wearing and cleaning the aligners and avoid eating while they are in place.
Some people notice a slight change in speech when they first start wearing aligners. This usually improves as your mouth adapts.
Yes. Retention is an essential part of orthodontic treatment because teeth can move after treatment. Your dentist will discuss the most suitable retainer options and wearing routine for you.
